About the Event
Sheryl will skillfully guide you through an Ayurvedic cleanse that will result in you feeling lighter, clearer and well-nourished. She will share with you her knowledge of Ayurveda as it relates to the changing season. You will be educated in Ayurvedic principles and encouraged to gently shift your diet, lifestyle and daily routines to optimize your health.
