Ayurvedic Studies- an experiential dive into the Science of Life

Engage in a 4-month course designed to blend theoretical and foundational principles through direct experience, observation and application. Our personal wellness path is influenced by our understanding of microcosm to macrocosm and how we as sensory beings are influenced by the elemental and cyclical nature of the world. Ayurveda, one of the oldest medical systems, prioritizes diet, lifestyle and disease prevention while offering time-tested tools and practices to support optimal health throughout all stages of life.

Sheryl is pleased to inaugurate her flagship Ayurvedic Studies course this year, combining her love of exploring true nature with a passion for creating supportive group experiences that lead towards self-exploration and healing.

Ayurvedic Studies is designed to be rich in content, practices, self-study and inquiry. To top off this educational experience, Sheryl has invited respected voices in the field of Ayurveda to illuminate, enrich and complement the course through their online seminars.
